Account deletion options

You can permanently delete your World Clock Today account from the Android app. Account deletion is handled through the app's self-service deletion flow.

Delete your account in the app

Use the following steps while signed in to the account:

1. Open Profile and select Delete Account.
2. Review the deletion notice and, when required, enter your current password.
3. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and select Permanently Delete Account.

Data that will be deleted

• Your account profile and authentication credentials
• Saved cities, favorites, alerts, widgets, and preferences
• Registered devices, push tokens, sessions, and API tokens
• Purchase entitlement records linked to your World Clock Today account

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. Retained records are not used to keep your deleted account active.

Cannot access the app?

Reinstall the Android app and sign in to the account you want to delete, then follow the in-app deletion steps above. We do not process account deletion requests manually by email.

If you need help regaining access to the app, contact support for access assistance. Support can help with access issues, but account deletion must be completed through the self-service flow.
